The Charity CFO has improved our systems, been supportive as we create them, and brought loads of expertise. I feel very confident that our fiscal process is sound and honoring funder protocols. The timeliness also has meant our claims go out on time and with backing documentation in good order. It’s rare for an agency to so come through so thoroughly on their promises- TCCFO does. This is complex work and when occasional issues arise, they are accountable, responsive, and make things right immediately. They also are patient in educating us when the accountability needs to come from our side.
